GRAINSACK III hand-sewn shoulder bag made from an antique grain sack, patchwork bag made from coarse linen, handmade in Germany

$138.65

This bag is far more than an accessory; it's a bridge to the past.

Hand-sewn from an antique grain sack dating back to around 1890, the robust linen carries the marks and character of over 130 years of history.

The handwoven linen is extremely durable and has developed a beautiful patina through decades of storage.

By making it myself, I ensured that the rustic charm of the grain sack was preserved while creating a bag that fits perfectly into today's lifestyle. A lasting statement against fast fashion!

-True Upcycling
The coarse, handwoven material was carefully cleaned and transformed into a modern, functional design.

-Sustainable & Unique
Every thread tells a story of 19th-century agriculture—a texture that is no longer found today.

Made to last, now your faithful companion for everyday life.

Introduction
Consumers have a right of cancellation under the following conditions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their independent professional activity:

Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Vanessa Bevilacqua, Neuhofstrasse 47, 60318 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, Tel.: +49 1575 9613131, Email: lacontessafrankfurt@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

In the case of contracts for the supply of goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than twenty-one days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.

Returns can only be sent to the following address:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of the 21-day period.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market which are beyond the control of the trader and which may occur within the withdrawal period.
